Joy Is Something You Can Practice.
AUNTIE MINA'S JOY TOOLBOX

Faith-rooted. Practical. Honest about real life.
Life does not have to be perfect before you can experience joy. Auntie Mina’s Joy Toolbox is a faith-rooted collection of practical tools for recognizing joy, protecting your peace, building resilience, and living more intentionally through every season of life.
You Don’t Have to Wait for Life to Be Perfect
Some seasons are joyful. Others bring disappointment, uncertainty, grief, change, or simply the weariness of everyday life. Choosing joy does not mean pretending those things are not real. It means learning how to recognize what is still good, turn your heart toward God, protect what gives you peace, release what is draining you, and make room for the life that is still yours to live. That is what the Joy Toolbox is for.
The Central Message
Joy and sorrow can occupy the same heart.

Why Joy? Why Me?

Joy is more than a subject I write about. It is something life has taught me to practice.
I have lived through seasons of deep happiness, unexpected change, reinvention, grief, and loss. Along the way, I discovered that choosing joy does not require me to deny what hurts. Joy and sorrow can occupy the same heart.
The Joy Toolbox grew from that discovery. These are not ideas I collected because life was easy. They are practices I have reached for in real life, especially when life was not.
My hope is that somewhere in these pages and resources, you will find a tool that helps you keep living, loving, hoping, trusting God, and making room for joy too.
With abiding love and #Joy,
